- Description
- The Defense Media Center Contracting Office intends to award a contract based on the criteria as stated in FAR 52.212-2 herein, for the Zephyrus Electronics Tone Decoder P/N: 304-383-15-BCD. Only one contract shall be issued. The contractor must quote F.O.B. Destination. The Zephyrus decoder is issued under solicitation HQ0028-07-Q-0038 that is to be shipped to Television-Audio Support Activity at Riverside CA 92518-2221. Substitutes will not be accepted based on the attached Brand Name Justification. This requirement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334220; the small business threshold is 750. To be eligible for an award resulting from this solicitation, the Contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and registered under ORCA (Representations & Certifications) and an authorized Zephyrus distributor.
