- This solicitation invites proposals for the build out of leased space. The work includes, but is not limited to, exterior site improvements, interior build out of existing warehouse leased space for a new carrier annex. and other work associated with postal facilities. Minimum Years in Business: Your company must have been in business, under the firm?s present name, for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years. Financial Capability: The successful offeror must demonstrate the ability to provide appropriate bonding and sufficient insurance as required by this solicitation. Financial capability includes the offeror?s satisfactory working relationship with a financial institute and surety agency. Capacity/Resources: The successful offeror must demonstrate sufficient in-house resources to successfully complete a minimum of 12% of the work before subcontracting when considering their present workload. Provide an organizational chart. Identify and provide a resume for persons, who will be assigned to this contract. EMR (Experience Modification Ratio): Must be less than 1.0 to be considered.
