- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals from sources with the capability to perform work as a Lender Coordinator for the Health Center Loan Guarantee Program authorized by Title XVI of the PHS Act. The lender Coordinator needs expertise from a lending/business perspective to enable it to provide transaction management and to assist with the administration of the program. Specifically, HRSA is seeking an entity that has a team of lending and transaction professionals that can be dedicated to work with the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC ), its grantees, as well as potential applicants and lenders. The entity sought should have extensive experience with Federal credit programs; and experience and expertise in working with underserved and vulnerable populations and communities, including health centers. This is a100% Small Business Set-Aside. Award of a contract resulting from this solicitation is restricted to small businesses under NAICS code 5221, Banking Institutions. It is anticipated that a one year Time and Material contract with two one year options will be awarded. The solicitation will be posted at this site about May 18, 2007 with a closing date on or about June 29, 2007. It will be available at www.fbo.gov under HHS, Health Resources and Services Administration, Posted Dates. It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the site for amendments to the solicitation. The Agency will consider proposals from all responsible small businesses under the above cited NAICS code.
