- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM FOR DUST ABATEMENT ON THE SAWTOOTH NATIONAL FOREST. SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE POSTED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH THE SNYOPSIS. This project consists of delivery and application of Contractor-furnished dust palliative to Forest roads and campground roadways with widths ranging from 12 feet to 24 feet. The Forest Service shall be responsible for preparing the roadbed by blading and watering of the roadbed prior to application of the product by the Contractor. There are four geographic areas on the Sawtooth National Forest addressed by this contract. These areas are Stanley, ID, Ketchum, ID, Featherville, ID and Albion, ID. All work segments are within 20 miles of these towns. More detailed location and quantity information is listed under the work list portion of this contract. NAICS Code: 424690. Size Standard: 100 persons. Estimated start date: 6/25/07 with estimated completion date 7/02/07.
