.AMENDMENT 0002 CLARIFICATION THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED FOR CLARIFICATION. SUBMIT A SIGNED COPY OF EACH AMENDMENT WITH YOUR PROPOSAL : Q. 1 Is the current contractor for the project the same contractor performing the work for your CIVMAR Civilian Mariner Payroll Syste? (A) THIS QUESTION IS NOT CLEAR. THIS RFQ IFOR A FOLLOW ON-CONTRACT FOR SUPPORT FOR CIVILIAN MARINER PAYROLL SYSTEM. THE CURRENT CONTRACTOR IS STG INC. UNDER CONTRACT No. N40442-07-C-7003 2. Q. Is their ever any need for overtime hour to stay current and are their any peak periods, and if so when are these peak periods.? (A)Payroll is run on a 2 week schedule with a split shift currently used on the second Tuesday to cover necessary payroll processing support (see background info in SOW). In addition the end of year is also a critical period. Compensation and scheduling of the contractor?s employees are the Contractor?s responsibility. To the extent that overtime is necessaryto accomplish the SOW in the RFQ it is the contractor?sresponsibility to schedule and pay its employees. 3. Q.Is their ever a need for the operators to have programming skills? (A) YES; Currently the operators are maintaining simple Visual Basic scripts that assist in running the payroll process more efficiently. 4. Q. What is the value of the present contract.? (A) $136,000.00 for eight months 5. Q . Under the present contract has the staffing levels always been at a 100%? (A)The staffing level has always been maintained at 100%. It is the contractor?s responsibility to determine the appropriate number of employees and staffing levels. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (01-AUG-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
