- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W81YYC7208F100 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect for Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This acquisition is unrestricted. //Schedule of items: This requirement is for carpet tiles. Any equal offered must be clearly identified by brand name, make and model number. Offerors of any equal must also include descriptive literature and any proposed modifications required to make an_or equal_item conform to specifications. NOTE TO VENDORS: This is for the carpet tiles only and does not include installation. 1.
