- Special Notice Date: 30 August 2007 North American Industrial Classification Standard: 611710 ?EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES Contracting Office: DCMA HQ, 6350 Walker Lane, Alexandria, VA 22310 Point of Contact: Sheila Thompson-White at sheila.thompson-white@dcma.mil Closing and Response Date ? 20 September 2007 The Defense Contracting Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Office intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Corporate Leadership Council Membership (CLC), under the authority of the 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) for the annual subscription. The CLC provides best practices, research decision support tools, and executive education to a membership of the world?s leading corporations and not-for-profit institutions. CLC research addresses issues of concern to division heads and their staffs, and allows members to learn from other organizations to address common problems. This subscription allows all agency personnel to utilize the services of the subscription at no additional cost. This is a subscription service which is being renewed for the second year. Interested parties who feel that they possess the capabilities to satisfy this requirement should submit a capability statement demonstrating their abilities to meet this requirement. The information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement to exercise the option. Documentation should be received within 15 calendar days, after that date of publication of this notice to be considered by DCMA. A determination by the DCMA not to compete this exercised option based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
