(Cage 1SR57). Any Manufacturer other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. Visit Http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price purchase order with a 100% option. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control. Production line item delivery is 218 days after award date. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
