NSN 1650-01-054-8580, PR 0016117818; Item: SHAFT ASSEMBLY, ROTOR, P/N 4100044-2, TRIUMPH ACTUATION SYSTEMS LLC. CAGE 1SR57. The only approved source for this item is: Triumph Controls, LLC. (Cage 1SR57). Any Manufacturer other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. Visit Http://www.dscr.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc for details on how to submit a SAR package. This procurement will result in a firm fixed price purchase order with a 100% option. This item is a Critical Application item with Configuration Control. Production line item delivery is 218 days after award date. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation opening date is 09/14/07, the close date is 10/15/07.
