- Description
- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Veterinary Services (VS) intends to issue a sole source award using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures for up to 125 IDEXX G-1 Pseudorabies test kits for this year with options for up to an additional 500 kits over the next four years to be used to support ongoing Pseudorabies testing surveillance to IDEXX Corp located in Westbrook, ME. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Numbered Note 22 applies.
