- Description
- The USDA, Food and Nutrition Service, intends to make a sole source award to Booze Allen Hamilton (BAH) to complete implementation and provide support in Phase 3 Piliot of the Agency's new Electronic Disqualified Receipient System (eDRS). BAH developed the System and started Phase 3 to asssit States with interfacing eDRS. However, State interface has taken longer than expected and Phase 3 is not completed. It is expected all States will be transmitted to eDRS by April 1, 2008. BAH has the System expertise required to bring up the the remainng states and is determined to be the most cost effective and timely appproach to complete State transition from the existing DRS to the new eDRS.
