- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-08-Q-0060 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 711130 and small business size standard of $6.5M. This requirement will include four (4) option periods. Description: Contemporary Service Worship Leader. The description of services, qualifications, responsibilities, hours of operation, and replacements shall be in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
