Description
This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19 and DFARS Change Notice 20070828. This solicitation is 100% HUB Zone Set-Aside in accordance with FAR Part 19. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 483112, size standard 500 employees. This is a best value award. The contractor shall provide 3 EA boat rentals for continuous watercraft support from 8 Sep 07 through 21 Sep 07. SPECIFICS: Each boat must be able to accommodate up to 40 passengers if necessary. The boat support must be dedicated support throughout the entire performance period based on mission needs. The location of the performance for these watercrafts will be in and around Guam, Saipan, Tinian and Rota. There will be a period of 6 days during the performance period where one of the boats will be used for dedicated streaming services. Each boat will make at least one round trip with passengers between Guam, Saipan Tinian and Rota.
