- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is RN7N098RVD2, the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect t hrough Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and small business size standard is $23m. This proposed contract action is for software and software products for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with o nly one source, MetaVR,Inc. The required software and products must be compatible with existing Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance platforms modeled in the Multiple Unified Simulation Environment. This notice is not a request for competitive p roposals.
