- The Government intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed-price (FFP) acquisition with Peak Performance Solutions (JDI Ventures Inc.) This non-competitive action is being issued by GovWorks under the authority of the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the HQ AFOSI/XIP. This action is being processed in accordance with FAR 6.3, FAR 12, FAR 16.202-1 and FAR 13.302-1. The Government has a requirement for nexTest Support and enhancements to include CJIS Manuals Update Service and Hosting Service. The maintenance support, manual service update and hosting service are essential to establishing the perimeters of the permissions granted to users using our network, 24 hours per day, seven days per week. In addition, the message switch interface will allow this service to provide interface using Netscape or Internet Explorer, creates unique test at each user login, automatically grades tests, questions input and management flexible test setup with the ability to have multiple tests, question statistics at your fingertips, allows users to print their own certificates, user management, including the ability to print reports, and secure administration with multiple access levels. The anticipated award date is September 14, 2007. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities and submit inquiries via email by September 7, 2007 to Kyra.Hemphill@mms.gov. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes. All information received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based in this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
