- This requirement is for Kawasaki Mule Utility Vehicles (or commercial equivalent) for the Kuwait Air Force, F-18C/D Support Equipment program. The Government intends to award a competitive commercial contract. The items being procured are: Qty. 48, Model KAF950C7F, Kawasaki Mule Utility Vehicle; Qty. 96, P/N 11013-1290, Engine Air Filter; Qty. 96, P/N 11013-1263, Convert Air Filter; Qty. 48, P/N 51056-1051, Fuel Filter; Qty. 48, P/N 16097-1069, Engine Oil Filter; Qty. 48, P/N 11060-1942, Drain Plug Washer; Qty. 48, P/N 82065-058, Drain Plug Asher Transmission; Qty. 4, P/N 59011-1087, Drive Belt; Qty. 1, P/N 59341-0003, Spare Engine; Qty. 1, P/N 13101-0044, Spare Trnsmssn; Qty. 4, P/N 99924-1368-01, Technical Manual CDs. All items are brand name or commercial equivalent. The requirements that must be met are: 1. Must be diesel engine driven 2. Must meet flight line HERO (High Energy Radiation Output) - the unit will not interfere with radio, weapons and radar frequencies. 3. Must be spare parts supported for five years and have a parts supplier in Kuwait. Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst plans to issue SOLICITATION NUMBER N68335-07-R-0186 on or about approximately 30 August 2007.
