- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 2,760 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 2,400 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) (previously usable) of space in Brunswick, GA, within the city limits of Brunswick, GA. The lease term is for fifteen (15) years, ten (10) years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the tenth year and must fully serviced. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) on an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image. A new construction site will require a 30 foot setback from all boundaries. Occupancy above the 1st floor is preferred. Five (5) parking spaces are required. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 4, 2008. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership. Subleases are not acceptable.
