- The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Buffalo Computer Graphics Incorporated, 3741 Lake Shore Road, Blasdell, NY 41212-2305 for the following: 2 Each, PCS-200 (XP) Radar Simulators (Coast Guard to trade-in PCS-100) 2 Each, AIS upgrade for PCS-200 4 Each, AIS upgrade from GU1 to GU2 1 Each, Installation and Ops training NO SUBSTITUTE ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The NAICS Code for this procurement 334220. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Harris Corporation. Responses shall be in written form; either via fax or email. NO TELEPHONE INQURIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
