- SITE VISIT REQUIREMENT: The list of parties that will be attending the site visit on September 6 must be in my office by NOON September 5, 2007. Question 1: Who provides the consumables? (Toilet Paper, paper towels, and soap) Answer: Please refer to the Section III numbers: 3. GOVERMIENT FURNISHED MATERIALS AND PROPERTY and 4. CONTRACTOR-FURNISHED ITEMS: Question 2: Please clarify the description of services. Are the work days 5 days a week or 3 days a week? Below are two examples or confusing parts: Which one is it? 1. "The majority of the cleaning at these locations shall be accomplished between the 0730 and 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, unless specifically approved by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR)." 2. DAILY MAINTENANCE (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) ? to be performed in all rooms, offices, laboratories, corridors and restrooms ? unless otherwise indicated: Answer: Both are correct. The contractor will perform ?The majority of the cleaning at these locations shall be accomplished between the 0730 and 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, unless specifically approved by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officer Representative (COR).? One approved deviation from the above statement is at the: 15. B. ARDOYNE FARM COMPLEX: (Includes Shop Building, Juice Lab and Modular Building) which we give approval for cleaning to be performed 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). There will be times when work will have to be scheduled for the weekend or after hours.
