Description
This acquisition is to provide Heavy Lift Rotary Wing Airlift support service to support the Colombian Military (COLMIL) forces logistics requirements for personnel and equipment/cargo transportation throughout the Republic of Colombia. This requir ement includes but is not limited to: personnel, services, equipment, tools, lubricants, fuel, facilities, maintenance, security, survival equipment, administration, and management functions. This requirement does not support the movement of US Departmen t of Defense personnel, equipment, or cargo. It is solely for the use of the Colombian Military (COLMIL) and their supporting agencies. The applicable NAICS code is 481219. This requirement will be procured on an unrestricted, negotiated competitive bas is. One to three Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts may be awarded. The period of performance is for one base year from the date of award and four one-year options. Offerors should refer to sections L and M of the Request for Proposal (R FP) for details regarding the evaluation criteria and submission requirements. Interested offerors should be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Lack of registration in CCR may make an offeror ineligible for award. Both US and Forei gn contractors are strongly urged to register at the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is on or about 11 September 2007 and the anticipated closing date is on or about 10 October 2007. The RFP will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry and FedBizOpps at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and on the ACA-TA Home Page at http://www.usarso.army.mil/parc/. All responsible offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. No pape r copies of the RFP or amendments will be issued. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the RFP and amendments from the website.
