Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This service is for invasive plant species removal by grazing/browsing animals during a fall grazing season and a spring/summer grazing season at Fort Leavenworth, KS. A site visit will be held on 07 SEP 2007 at 09:00 CST, at Building 80, 810 McClellan Ave (corner of McClellan Ave and McPherson Ave), Fort Leavenworth, KS  see the SF1449 and Performance Work Statement for complete information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W91QF4-07-Q-0016 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19 dated 17AUG2007 and Class Deviation 2005-00001 and DFARS current to DCN 20070828. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The applicable NAICS number is 115310 and the small business size standard is $6.5 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside procurement.
