Description

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to install HVAC, vinyl composition tile, a grid ceiling and paint the interior of the assembly hall at the Pascagoula US Army Reserve Center, Pascagoula MS. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238220, 1711, $13 million. In accordance with FAR 19.10, this acquisition is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competit iveness Demonstration Program and the solicitation shall be full and open. Only one award shall be made. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Currently there are no funds available for this requirement therefore, t he solicitation shall be issued Subject to the Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. The solicitation and all applicable documents shall be posted electronically at www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ . Mailed copie s or electronic copies of the solicitation will not be available from the contracting office. All documentation shall be obtained from www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
