- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to upgrade the existing fluorescent light at the E. Earle Rives Armed Forces Reserve Center. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The N AICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238210, 1711, $13 million. In accordance with FAR 19.10, this acquisition is set aside for emerging small business. Only one award shall be made. The estimated magnitude of the project is bet ween $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Currently there are no funds available for this requirement therefore, the solicitation shall be issued Subject to the Availability of Funds in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. The solicitation and all applicable documents shall be posted electronically at www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ . Mailed copies or electronic copies of the solicitation will not be available from the contracting office. All documentation shall be obtained from www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
