- Description
- The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies necessary to renovate the assembly hall by upgrading the suspended ceiling tile system, including replacing fluorescent light fixtures at the Uriah G Lucas US Army Reserve Command Ce nter. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price construction contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238210, 1711, $13 million. In accordance with FAR 19.10, this acquisition is set aside for emerging small bus iness. Only one award shall be made. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Currently there are no funds available for this requirement therefore, the solicitation shall be issued Subject to the Availability of Fund s in accordance with FAR 52.232-18. The solicitation and all applicable documents shall be posted electronically at www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ . Mailed copies or electronic copies of the solicitation will not be available fro m the contracting office. All documentation shall be obtained from www.fbo.gov and or https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
