Description

National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to issue an award to Data Direct Networks under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number NEDIG87219AS01. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-19. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Statements will only be accepted by email. The Buyer for this effort is Mr. Gregory Harris, e-mail Gregory.W.Harris@nga.mil for additional information. Maile L. Parker is the Contracting Officer for this effort. The requirement is for QTY: (1) EFRB911501, QTY: (2) EFB-SF4015, QTY: (45) FSB300GC7R, QTY: (2) HSR-407-SFP, QTY: (2) CR-LC-LC-5, QTY: (3) EF22-RMK-SQ-R. Only new equipment will be accpeted.
