- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) High Voltage Attenuator, Model 2536-HFP-20 (Quantity - 1 each) and 2) Voltage Probe, Model 243-HMFNFP-100 (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced due to unique capability of very high voltage and bandwidth simultaneously. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
