- UPS Purchase/Install DESCRIPTION: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a solicitation of Purchase Request F1W3N57214AC02 and is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18 and class deviation 2005-o0001. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423610 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The contractor shall quote the following CLINs: CLIN 0001: One (1) 30 kVa, 3-phase uninterruptable power supply (UPS) with 1) minimum 45 minutes of runtime on battery, 2) an External Bypass Switch, 3) remote notification of battery run/input power loss, and 4) 1 year service plan. CLIN 0002: Installation of one UPS (reference CLIN 0001) CLIN 0003: Delivery of one UPS (reference CLIN 0001) Please provide a description of the commercial warranty.
