- This amendment is being issued to add the Statement of Work, to change CLINS 0007-0008, and to Reference the established Site Visit time and Points of Contact. Add the Statement of Work to Solicitation W912LA-07-T-6010: SPECIFICATIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PROVIDING AND INSTALLING AIRCRAFT SHELTER FIBER/CAMERA AT FRESNO ANG BASE 1. GENERAL: 2. The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, etc., necessary to perform the work as described below. All work shall conform to all applicable codes and accepted industry standards. 3. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 0730 1600, Federal Holidays and in-lieu of holidays excepted. 3.1 The contractor shall provide a list of contract personnel names, social security numbers and contractor or subcontractor names to the Base Communications Flight office for access to the base. Names shall be submitted on a supplied electronic form no l ater than COB Thursday for access the following week. 3.2 Contractor shall provide a complete system description with their cost proposal. 4. Alert shelter fiber/camera System Specifications: 4.1 Install 3 outdoor Pelco smoke dome pan, tilt, zoom w/23X optical zoom and 10X digital zoom cameras (one in each bay). 4.2 RG-6 Coax (95% or better copper braid) from camera to a PELCO-TX Single Mode Fiber Converter bi-directional, coaxatron) (installed in the NEMA enclosure mounted on the outside of each aircraft shelter). 4.3 Cameras shall be powered using an external power supply mounted in the NEMA enclosure. 4.4 Cameras shall be installed using a PELCO wall mount pendant. 4.5 All equipment shall be outdoor rated and weather tight. 4.6 Coax and low voltage power cables must meet or exceed Pelco recommended specifications and shall be run in EMT conduit from NEMA enclosure to the camera mount. 4.7 Camera will use existing infrastructure from building 100 to building 130 (the location of the camera system matrix). 4.8 All programming and interface equipment shall be provided to incorporate the 3 new cameras to the 9700 Series PELCO MATRIX currently installed in building 130. 4.9 Vendor shall provide PELCO-RX (bi-directional, coaxatron) Single Mode Fiber Converters for each camera installed in building 138 communications room. 4.10 Vendor shall run RG-6 (95% or better copper shielding) from the 3 PELCO fiber converter receivers to the PELCO matrix installed in the Control Room. 4.11 Vendor shall provide single mode patch cables to patch video the entire path from the PELCO TX converter to building 130 communications room. 5. Installation Specifications: 5.1 Install, terminate, and test a burial type 12 strand Single Mode fiber optic cable from building 100 central offices, terminating into the middle jet bay on the Fresno ANG Flight line. 5.2 All termination patch panels shall match equipment currently installed in the central office single mode fiber rack (19 rack mount). 5.3 Patch panel on the aircraft bay shall be mounted and terminated in the 3x3 NEMA enclosure mounted on the outside of structure. 5.4 All cables shall be tagged and labeled using industry standard tags approved by the 144th Communications Flight. 5.6 All terminations shall be tested with an OTDR (using appropriate launch cable) and printed documentation of the results shall be provided to the 144 Communications Flight upon completion of contract. 5.7 All 3 cameras must be tested and fully operational from the 9700 Series Matrix (currently installed BLD 130) upon completion of the installation. Work should comply with all TIA/EIA & IEEE industry standards in which apply. 6. Additional Requirements: 6.1 Contractor shall provide 3 copies of operation and maintenance instructions for the system. 6.2 Contractor shall provide a system demonstration to user and maintenance personnel after commissioning of system. 6.3 Contractor shall warranty the complete system and installation for a period of 1 year, min. Any manufacturer equipment warranties will be provided to the Government upon completion. 6.4 Installation will be complete within 60 days of contract award. Add the Site Visit time and Point of Contact: A SITE VISIT FOR THE FIBER AND CCTV INSTALL HAS BEEN SET UP FOR WEDNESDAY, 5 SEPTEMBER 2007 AT 0930 HOURS. PARTIES INTERESTED SHOULD MEET AT FRESNO AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, 5253 E. MCKINLEY AVE., FRESNO, CALIFORNIA 93727. PLEASE PARK IN THE PARKING LOT J UST PAST THE WEST GATE 92ND GATE WEST OF CLOVIS AVE.). ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT IS JUST PAST THE GATE, RIGHT OFF OF MCKINLEY. ONCE MEETUP HAS COMMENCED, PASSES WILL BE ATTAINED FOR ACCESS TO THE BASE. PLEASE PROVIDE A LIST OF ALL NAMES OF PERSONNEL IN WHICH WILL BE ATTENDING SO THAT COORDINATION FOR ACCESS TO THE BASE IS A STREAMLINED PROCESS OF ISSUING PASSES. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE BASE ARE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CURRENT REGISTRATION AND PROOF OF INSURANCE FOR VEH ICLES.
