Description: Contractor shall furnish all llabor, materials and equipment to construct a Universally Accessible six foot wide trail (segment 1) approximately 1250 linear feet long at Hidden Pond in Lorton, VA. The solicitation will include optional items, if funding is available, for segment 2 (915 linear feet)continuing the trail up to the existing accessible route to the Wood Thrush trail, and segment 3 completing a loop with segment 1 (450 linear feet). The Government Estimate is between $25,000 and $50,000. Bonds are not required. This solicitation will be evailable by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about September 5, 2007 with a reponse date of September 14, 2007.
