Description

NOTE: This is a Sources Sought ONLY notice, quotes are NOT requested at this time. This notice is being released to locate potential Service, Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Businesses (SDVOSB's) authorized to distribute/re-sell the subject software maintenance. Department of the Treasury, FMS, has a requirement for annual maintenance on IBM InfoPrint Manager, for AIX version 4.2 licenses. These are NOT new licenses, but continuing lmaintenance on license(s), originally obtained directly from IBM in use at agency locations in San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX, Philadelphia, PA, and Kansas City, KS. The maintenance includes updates and new releases that may take place. Machine Models #5765-F90 is the applicable system. The service also includes: 1.) Assistance for routine, short duration installation and usage (how-to) questions; and 2) code-related questions, 3.) Assistance via telephone and, if available, electronic access, only to your information systems (IS) technical support personnel during the normal business hours (published prime shift hours). Re-sellers are required to be certified by InfoPrint for the subject software maintenance. A commercial-type contract vehicle, with a one-year performance period, is anticipated.
