- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office, Warehouse, Light Industrial Richford, VT The United States Government seeks to lease Office, Warehouse, and Light Industrial consisting of approximately 26,457 rentable square feet on 10 acres of land in RICHFORD, VT within the following delineated area: Franklin County within 1 mile of Route 105 and no further than the Franklin County line to the East and no further then Route 118 in Berkshire to the West. The space should yield at a minimum 7,586 office, 1,675 general storage and 13,745 light industrial BOMA usable square feet. The light industrial space in general consists of helipad, dog kennels, enclosed parking, etc. The proposed lease is for 20 years, 10 years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 31, 2008. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Existing facilities and new construction will be considered. Additional Requirements: The ability to access Route 105 quickly is critical to agency mission.
