MARY BRINKLEY CONTACT INFORMATION IS IN THE BODY OF THIS SOLICITATION************** This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: Quantity of 10 Dome Loaded Regulators for JP32.1 test. SPECIFICATIONS: Max inlet and outlet pressure 6000 psig Operating temperature -65 deg F to +165 def F External dome loading connection ?? MS-16142 Internal sensing Body and dome T-304 SST Barstock Trim 18/8 and 17/4PH SST Kel-F valve seat and gasket All rubber parts Nitrile 3/8 orifice with Cv=2.3 Must be able to refit with ?? orifice with Cv=1.4 1? MS 33649 inlet and outlet connections Must serve as a direct replacement for existing Grove model 202B Figure number 11127L068A regulators without requiring modification to existing tubing or panels Must utilize existing stock of replacement / repair parts for existing Grove model 202B Figure number 11127L068A regulators Grove model 202B Figure number 11127L068A dome loaded regulators meet these requirements This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 541380 NAICS CODE AND REVENUE OR NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES 500 respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to Marshall Space Flight Center Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by September 10, 207 by 4:00 p.m. Central/Standard time and must include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration(if applicable), and be signed by an authorized company representative. Offerors shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1 (SEPT 2006), Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, which is incorporated by reference. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. FAR 52.212-4 (FEB 2007), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable. FAR 52.212-5 (JUNE 2007), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items is applicable and the following identified clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.219-6,52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-3, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33. Telephone questions will not be accepted. Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Technical acceptability will be determined by review of information submitted by the offeror which must provide a description in sufficient detail to show that the product offered meets the Government's requirement. Offerors must include completed copies of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their offer. These representations and certifications will be incorporated by reference in any resultant contract. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See NASA Specific Note "B".
