- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various pieces of ground control aircraft radio prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a commercial requirement solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 334290. Quotes should be in the following format: unit price for each item, price per contract line item number (CLIN), and total price for combined line items. Award Basis: Best Value. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors?Commercial, applies to this solicitation. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: price, technical capability, warranty, and delivery.
