Description

The Air Force District of Washington Medical Support Branch (AFDW/A7KM) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Labware Inc., which is the manufacturer and owner of the proprietary unique design and support capabilities. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC 2304( c)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The proposed contract is for Labware Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Annual software Maintenance Plan. 1.To provide software maintenance patches and product enhancements for one year a.16 Licenses 2.To provide Labware Technical Support a.Telephone support b.Online Web-based support c.Dial-up Support Service d.Support to be provided 8-hours per day, 5 days per week during East Coast business hours.
