- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In this effort the government is seeking to procure office fur niture. The contract line items deliverables, period of performance, and performance work statement are contained in the RFQ. Basis for this award will be low price, technically acceptable. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and claus es are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-11.
