Description

The work involves Janitorial Service for approximately 26,717 sq ft of office space for the BOR, Wyoming Area Office Complex, in Mills WY. The term of the contract will be from October 1, 2007 through 9-30-2008, 12 months with options to extend up to two additional one year terms. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #08SQ6A0004 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). All quoters to reference this RFQ# and shall be submitted by 4 pm, local time on 09-19-2007. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 561720 and the small business size standard is 15 million. This combined Synopsis/Solicitation will be awarded as a lump sum with the following breakdown: Line Item 1: 12 months approximately 26,717 sq ft of office space for the Wyoming Area Office according to the Statement of Work (SOW); Line Item 2: Shampoo all carpeted areas; wash all windows inside and out; strip, wax, and buff all tile floors in the buildings during the month of November according to the SOW; Line Item 3: Same as Item #2, except the janitorial services will be performed during the month of April. Period of award form 10-01-2007 to 09-30-2008 with option #1 from 10-01-2008 to 09-30-2009 and option #2 form 10-01-2009 to 09-30-2010.
