Description: The US Coast Guard Contracting Department is seeking sources of wind resistant poplin nylon/cotton cloth, dyed to match Coast Guard Blue 3362 for the un-tucked Operational Dress Uniform. The fabric shall have a durable soil, stain, and wrinkle resistant finish and conform to Coast Guard Purchase Description 04-9407 dated June 8, 2007. Potential sources will be required to provide 20 yards of fabric for testing. It is anticipated that the solicitation for the un-tucked ODU shall be posted on or after 1 October 2007.
