- TITLE: Space and Counterspace Threat Intelligence DESCRIPTION: The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), Wright Patterson AFB, Space and Missiles Directorate (SM) is performing a market survey intended only to obtain information pertaining to analytic ideas, methodologies, and tools. Areas of interest include: ? Current and future space and counterspace technologies ? Foreign space and counterspace capabilities, strategies, and plans ? Space situational Awareness (SSA) ? Modeling and simulation support for space and counterspace analysis ? Intent, thresholds of use, and operational employment of counterspace capabilities ? Consequences of loss of space services ? C3ISR support for counterspace operations ? Foreign SSA capabilities ? Operational intelligence support to the space warfighter ? Collection methodologies Any organization or company can obtain announcements and instructions via the Web at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil. All questions regarding this Request For Information (RFI) should be directed to Phyllis McCrory, (937) 656-7377, mailto: phyllis.mccrory@wpafb.af.mil. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. Submitting responses (white papers) to this RFI is voluntary, and participants will not be compensated. White papers may be submitted via soft copy to Capt Matt Croskey at the address set forth above. If the paper contains proprietary/competition sensitive information, it should be clearly marked "Proprietary/Competition Sensitive Information" and will be protected from disclosure. Additionally, if the white paper is classified, contact Capt Croskey for delivery instructions. Contractor submittals shall not exceed 4 pages (8.5 x 11 inches/ 12 point font).
