Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes ar e being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-07-T-0065 is issued as a Request for Quote. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-16. Th is solicitation is set aside 100% for small business; the associated NAICS is 327390, small business size 500 employees to determine the business size. Item No. 0001  365 Each  Pre Stressed Precast Fence Wall Panels, 7 feet tall by 10 feet wide and 4 inc hes thick, 5/8 inch air craft cable loop system on top of 7 foot side. Item No. 0002  366 Each  Pre Stressed PreCast Fence Post, Type H, 12 inches square by 12 feet long, 5/8 inch air craft cable loop system on top of post. Concrete shall be no less t han 4,000 PSI, finish to be smooth form finish on front and light groom finish on back. Wall Panels and Post are to be delivered only and installation will be accomplished by the government. The government will accept partial deliveries and payment will be made on partial deliveries. Contractor will be required to deliver to the Forward Operating Base (FOB) in Training Area 4 at Camp Shelby, MS 39401. The following clauses apply. Evaluation criteria will be based on past performance and price. Contractor will be required, upon request from the Government, to provide references to demonstrate capability of pro viding these supplies.
