- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-07-PR-0010222466 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://www.farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, FAC 2005-19. The solicitation is a set-a-side for small business. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 518210 with a size standard of $23.0 million. The following items are required to be shipped to Bldg 3801, NAS Pensacola, FL where delivery shall be FOB Destination: CLIN 0001, PC/Osprey Hardware System that includes any/all necessary hardware and commercial software items; CLIN 0002, PC/Osprey System Spare Parts that consists of the Initial Support Items (ISI), the Tools and Test Equipment (T&TE), and the Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP) to the lowest replaceable unit (LRU) level needed; CLIN 0003, Initial Configuration, Installation and Maintenance Training to include: (a) any/all associated travel, (b) pre and post bailment, (c) testing, (d) training to two (2) onsite support personnel for the Multi-Station Spatial Disorientation Demonstrator (MSDD) Computer Re-host to the PC/Osprey PDP-11 Hardware Emulator. Training shall provide for the operating, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the system. Delivery not later than 30 November 2007. System will be configured and tested at the Government?s facility in Pensacola, FL, prior to acceptance. Price to include shipping of all items to destination. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-2, 2.212-4; and 52.212-5 (Dev). The following evaluation criteria shall be used as addendum to FAR 52.212-2(a). (1) Past experience and performance history with Strobe Data, Osprey PDP-11, and other legacy systems re-host upgrades, (2) Technical, new system configuration particulars, (3) Price, any discounts or money back guarantee warranty of an unsuccessful installation. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clauses also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004 and DFARS 252.212-7001. The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (45 days is changed to read 10 days).
