- This synopsis/solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO in unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to procure the following on a competitive basis under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with a Firm Fixed pricing provision. The contract will be established for a term of two years and will have a ceiling not to exceed $2,000,000. The items will be acquired utilizing Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. All items will be shipped FOB destination. Delivery of the requested items will be 60 days ARO unless coordinated in advance. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on 21 September 2007. The anticipated closing date is 22 October 2007. The solicitation number is N00178-07-R-2015. ANY VENDOR NOT PREVIOUSLY QUALIFIED TO DELIVER A-STATS SYSTEMS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A BID SAMPLE.
