- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, FL intends to issue a sole source award to Logos Imaging, LLC, P. O. Box 765, Richmond, IN, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is to purchase ten each of the following items: Imager-9000, Carousel-2330, Erasing Box-4400,Carrying Case-9050, X-Ray-6200, Power Supply-4520 and forty each Image Plate-9030. this action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price. NACIS Code 334517 and Business Size 500 apply. This synopsis is published for informational purposed only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Note 22 apply. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-JUL-2007).
