- The U.S. Department of Energy???s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this Synopsis/Solicitation (request for price quotation) in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). Services to be performed by authorized Motorola dealers and/or Motorola service providers only, NO EXCEPTIONS. This Synopsis/Solicitation (RFQ) is to request a price quotation for Parts, all labor to program and install Government Provided Motorola Radios at the NETL Pittsburgh, PA site as described in Attachment A. A site visit is scheduled for September 11, 2007 at 1:30 pm. If you plan to attend the site visit on September 11, 2007, YOU MUST NOTIFY THIS OFFICE BY 12:00 NOON, September 10, 2007, NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO SITE SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. All visitors must be US Citizens and have photo ID. Quotes must be received by COB on September 18, 2007, NO EXCEPTIONS. See below for submitting quotes. Attachment A: Government furnished equipment. Attachment B: Pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation. Attachment C: Clause 52.212-5 Attachment D: Fax cover sheet for all quotations, information requested on form must be submitted by all offerors whether faxed or emailed this form must be included with your bid.
