- The Navajo Area Indian Health Services (NAIHS) is soliciting proposals from interested offerors to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Repair Services for radiology imaging equipment located at various medical facilities as identified in the solicitation. These medical facilites are located in the states of Arizona and New Mexico. The Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, parts and equipment necessary to provide PM and repair services. The NAIHS intends to award a contract with a base year plus four option years. Offerors are instructed to read the entire solicitation prior to submittal of a proposal. Should the offerors have any questions, these questions must be submitted in writing to include a point of contact, telephone number, and an e-mail adress/fax number.
