- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) REGARDING EAR IMPRESSION MATERIALS TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND POTENTIAL SOURCES FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS ACQUISITION IS 334510. Information sought includes technical data of available ear molds and processes, to include types of ear impression materials and the advantages and disadvantages of each type. Further, please provide whether your firm is capable of providing these products, and if you are classified as a small business by the Small Business Administration under the NAICS code 334510; and any other socioeconomic classification of your business. If interested, please submit the information requested above, along with your company name, address, phone number, and name of company representative.
