- Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number F3CTMG7240A001 is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) Quotation shall be valid until 1 Oct. 2007. (iv) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. (v) Notice: This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 442110 with a small business size standard not to exceed $6.5 Million. (vi) Contract line items: Item 0001 1 LOT System 2000 Concord Modular Furniture plus Installation or approved equal. (See list of Requested Parts below) (vii) Item Description is as follows: Modular Furniture System set up for Five rooms. Depth to be 24in on all work spaces. Room 1 is 12ft4in by 23ft6in and is to contain four 6ft by 7ft corner type work stations with one 3ft Light on each station. Room 2 is 16ft10in by 10ft is to contain three 6ft by 7ft corner type work stations with one 2ft light per station. Room 3 is a "T" shaped area with a usable area of 7ft on one side 9ft on the base side of the "T" and 8ft6in on the other side, the cross of the "T" is not used and there is to be 3 linier work stations to full usable space. Room 4 is 12ft6in by 15ft5in and there is to be 1 "U" Shaped work station 10ft at the base and 7ft at both sides (3 interior work surfaces) with lights over the whole 7ft on one side, and two 6ft linier work spaces with lights over the entire length. Room 5 is 15ft by 23ft and is to contain three 8ft by 7ft corner work spaces with 4ft lights over both ends. System 2000 Concord Modular Furniture or approved equal. Color schemes are to be Charcoal for panel trim, Deepwater ( A Dark, Deep Blue, see link http://samplecenter.guilfordofmaine.com/servlet/ProductView?productId=5814) for the panel Fibers, and Slate or grey for the Laminate.
