- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement (F3G0BA7232A001) is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333999. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 500 employees. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This is a commercial request for the following equipment: 1 ea. FODBOSS FOD Sweeper and 1 ea. Replacement mat to include debris retention mesh, tow handle, reflectors, tracking wheels, shake handles and storage bag.. Pricing shall include delivery FOB Destination to Nellis AFB NV, 89191. If submitting equal items, product literature must be submitted with the quote. Quotes should be in the following format: Price for each item independently, price for combined line items including shipping cost FOB Destination. Award basis Best Value. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offer: technical capability, price and delivery schedule. The award shall be made in the aggregate.
