- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V5H77214A001. This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code # 333319 and Small Business Size Standard 500, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2007-19 and Defense Acquisition Circular 2007-0802. This quote is requested for an end-of-year requirement. Funds are not currently available. Funds may be received at anytime from now until the end of the fiscal year (30 Sep). It is also possible that no funding may be available and no award may be made. Submission of a quote does not obligate the government to make an award. Description of requirements: Line Item 0001: 20 EACH, Simulator, Advanced Chemical Agent Detector (ACADASIM) M22. Manufacturer: Argon Electronics, Model: ACADASIM-001-US, Part number: FGO-ARG108-US, OR EQUAL. (This item has NO GPS positioning reporting) The ACADASIM is supplied with the following items: 1 M22 simulator, 1 simulation D Cell battery box with batteries, 1 inlet dust cap, 1 exhaust dust cap, 2 simulation rain caps, 1 simulation confidence tester, 1 simulation carry case, and 1 instruction manual. FOB: Destination for delivery to 366TH TRAINING SQUADRON, DETACHMENT 7, BLDG 12405, FT LEONARD WOOD, MO 65473-8951 Evaulation factors will be based on Price and Technical Capability.
