- To procure RESEARCH of Plasma Microsphere (US Pat 6919685) Sample and associated REPORTING including task reports and data from IMAGING SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY, dba IST (CAGE 1DFE4, NAICS 541330). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). This synopsis is being published for informational purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within THREE (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the Government.
