- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source purchase order for 10 each Ortec Gem Coaxial P Type Gamma Ray Detectors, 10 each Ortec X-Cooler II w/Pop-Top Connectors, and 10 each Ortec Heavy Duty Shipment Cases to Advanced Measurement Technology, Inc., 801 S Illinois Avenue, Oak Ridge, TN, 37830-9101. Required Delivery: 180 days. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only source IAW 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award in the September 07 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer by the response date in this publication. See Note 22
