- The Cryptologic Systems Group (CPSG) intends to award on a sole source contract for 4 each RF Sequencer and 4 each Timing Interface Unit to Southwest Research Institute, 6220 Culebra, San Antonio, Texas, 78238. Required Delivery: 60 days. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only source IAW 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one (1) responsible source. The Government intends to make an award in the September 07 timeframe. No technical data/drawings/technical orders are available. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify its interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within fifteen days of this publication. See Note 22.
